
Barely 24 hours after the inauguration of the ninth assembly, a newly sworn-in member of the House of Representatives, Hon (Obong) Emmanuel Ukpong-udo, representing Ikono/Ini Federal Constituency has approved the appointments of 50 aides.
Obong Ukpong-udo, popularly known as “Macaire”, on Wednesday afternoon, announced these appointments. This list comprises Executive Assistants, Special Assistants (SAs) as well as Personal Assistants (PAs) drawn from across all the Wards in Ikono and Ini Local Government areas of his constituency.
On the list are: Hon. Victor Akang (Special Assistant on Special Duties), Mr. Uwem Mboribo (Special Assistant on Community Relations), Mr. Titus Charles (Personal Assistant on Youth Matters) and Ukeme Wilson (Personal Assistant on Community Development).
The list also includes Mrs. Idorenyin Okon (Special Assistant on Women Affairs), Umoudo S. Umoudo (Special Assistant on Protocol) and Unyime Inyangidim (Personal Assistant on Community Relations) amongst several others.
