
The Dakkada initiative of Governor Udom Emmanuel has yielded more fruits, as two Akwa Ibom entrepreneurs have been penciled down to represent the country at a food and beverages exhibition in Rwanda and Kenya.
Utibe Akwa and Blessing Emah are to represent Nigeria on the Africa Food Manufacturing & Safety Summit (AFMASS) FoodTech, the largest food and beverages conference and exhibition in Africa.
The duo are requested to present food products from Nigeria for the exhibitions.
While Utibe Akwa is the CEO of the Unik Milky Custard, Blessing Emah, a 21-year old who invented the Ekpang Nkukwo flour.

They heeded the clarion call from the Governor for every son and daughter of the state to rise to the faith of greatness beyond what others see, and their stories have changed.
AFMASS is a series of sub-Saharan Africa region’s trade event targeted at the key stakeholders in the manufacturing, retailing and food service sectors, with a focus on the food, beverage and milling industry in Africa.
