Unconfirmed reports has it that the 2018 University of Uyo SUG Election may be canceled, following widespread electoral violence.
A source has confirmed an invasion of the Institution by suspected cultists, low security presence and destruction of election materials at various polling units, including the Faculties of Education and Arts.
There’s no official statement by Management at the moment.
