Dakkada 5th Anniversary Business And Leadership Awards to celebrate enterprise, diligence-Ime Uwah

The Senior Special Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel on Marketing and Brand Management, Mr Ime Uwah says the Dakkada 5th Anniversary Business And Leadership Awards is designed to identify young Akwa Ibomites who have exemplified the tenets of the Dakkada Ideology in areas of entrepreneurship, community service, professionalism, Advocacy as well as creativity and Innovation.

Uwah, who made this position know this afternoon on “Akwa Ibom Rising”, a live interactive programme on inspiration 105.9fm Uyo, also said top class Adjudicators have been carefully picked to sift the numerous entries in the respective categories and come up with deserving winners. He encouraged Akwa Ibomites to nominate deserving individuals in the respective categories so they could be identified, recognized and rewarded.

The Directorate helmsman listed conditions for nomination into the awards as including age limits of 18 to 40 years, and that nominees must have made their marks in their respective areas of specialization for a period of at least one year.

The Dakkada 5th Anniversary Business and Leadership Awards holds on 23rd September 2020 on online conferencing platforms and will reward winners in each category with a cash prize of 500,000 Naira each.
