Senator Godswill Akpabio has expressed surprise on how he joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).
He said this during an interview with Channels television’s roadmap 2019. “I cannot get it over my head that I’ve moved to another party. I am still surprised that I’ve moved to another party.” The former Senate Minority Leader also disclosed his plans to quit politics for comedy, saying “I have a great passion for comedy, I want to become a comedian after I retire from active politics.”
Senator Akpabio’s interview has done him more harm than good. His decision to associate with APC has robbed him of credibility and goodwill.
