Earlier today, stakeholders of Ukanafun and Oruk Anam local government areas once again endorsed and adopted the Member representing Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency and Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Public Procurement, Rep. Unyime Idem, Ph.D., as the sole candidate for the 2027 House of Representatives election in the federal constituency and pledged to work assiduously for his success.
The endorsement and adoption, which happened during separate meetings in Ikot Akpa Nkuk and Ikot Ibritam respectively, saw the stakeholders, ward executives and party faithful, unanimously agree to mobilize and deliver President Bola Tinubu, GCFR, Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, GCON, Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, Ph.D., member representing Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency, Rep. Unyime Idem, Ph.D., member representing Ukanafun State Constituency, Hon. Emem Udom and member representing Oruk Anam State Constituency, Hon. Sampson Idiong, in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
