Dr. Emmanuel Udom, Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State with a view to enable exceptional youth football players across the lenght and breadth of Akwa Ibom State earn professional playing contracts with top division football clubs in UEFA countries like;Germany, Spain, Greece, Belgium, Turkey, France, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, etc.
