The 2019 AKISAN Scholarship Application extension from July 5 to 15 deadline is necessary in order to ease frustrations and accommodate the flush of interest as young people scramble for last minutes submissions. Kudos, Madam National President Margaret Itauma!
A total of 62 students from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, 2 from each Local Government Area, will receive N50,000 each of 2019 Scholarship. AKISAN intends to pay their tuition through their four years in college/university. Diasporans in the US will receive a one-time $500 each of the 2019 AKISAN Scholarship.
