The female folk in Ibesikpo Asutan LGA were in celebratory mood today as the First Lady of the Local Government, Mrs. Sarah George hosted women of the Local Government to a new year get together.
The event held at the Council grounds in Nung Udoe had in attendance the Member representing Ibesikpo Asutan State Constituency, Rt.Hon.Aniekan Uko, Mbong Iban Ibesikpo Asutan, Political stakeholders of the Local Government, members of Council and their spouses, ward women leaders and women from the 10 wards of Ibesikpo Asutan.
The highly elated women who pledged their unflinching solidarity an support for Governor Udom’s reelection bid smiled home with bags of rice, salt, seasoning and other empowerment items.
